Ed Levin Speed Gliding 2011

When:
March 12th
Where:
Ed Levin Park in Milpitas, CA.
Pilot Meetings:
The pilot's meeting for day one will be held at Mission Soaring Center at 7:00 AM. The pilot's meeting for day two will be held 8:45 AM at launch. Pilots are required to attend all meetings during this event.
Competition Classes:
Open Class: H3 or higher pilot on any glider.
King Post Class: H3 or higher pilot on any king post-equipped glider.
Rookie Class: H2 or higher pilot on any glider.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies awarded in each competition class!
Fees:
$30 per pilot (includes T-shirt). Additional Ed Levin Park entry fees are the responsibility of the pilot.
Eligibility:
This event is open to current H2 (or higher) USHPA pilots meeting the Ed Levin and Wings of Rogallo requirements for flying from the 1750-foot launch. Each pilot will be required to sign an Ed Levin Park waiver and event waiver. Wings of Rogallo site rules must be followed at all times.

Registration may be done online via link above or the first day of the event at the pilot's meeting.

The speed course will be set the weekend of January 8th and 9th for practice runs.
Last year we had approximately 25 pilots compete in this event...let's try to get at least that many again this year.
