Flyfunston

I'm an H4 heading up to the Bay area a week from today from L.A. I was wondering about bringing a glider and flying there, next Friday afternoon if possible. Never flown there before, so is there any chance I could show up and be shown the ropes, etc.? Do I need to fill out the forms and send money in advance?

You can just show up. Someone will be there to give you an intro and sticker if it's looking soarable at all.
