In regard to site improvements like clubhouse renovation, trail building, trench digging, even chip spreading, everyone knows that most of the work is being done by just a few dedicated members.

I think most folks agree that this is not fair.

Here is a radical idea: When there is an official work party, how about we close launch until the work is done?!
