so, it sounds stupid now, and i would have said so before. but somehow, i did not pay attention.
for the first time, i really whacked and pounded pretty hard on saturday. went through the control frame, got slammed and pinned between the ground and the glider's nose. my head, neck and shoulders went numb in a weird way, but it dissipated after the first stupor.
so, what did i do ? it was the end of the day. i packed my glider and carried it on my own. that was the mistake. instead of asking for support, i thought i was ok enough.
i can barely move today, typing one-fingered on a laptop propped on my bed.
so, a word of advice. ask for help with your glider after a good whack. your spine will thank you.
