Flyfunston

The good folks who manage the Fellow Feathers clubhouse at Fort Funston are cleaning the place up and making room for more members to park their gliders.

We have found a number of unidentified gliders that don't have paid spots in the clubhouse. One of them is a crispy Moyes Litesport!

If you have a glider in the clubhouse, and it does not have an official brass tag on it, the glider will be moved to "Glider Purgatory", where it will remain until you contact the clubhouse manager. Please email to: clubhouse@flyfunston.org

If you would like a spot in the clubhouse please contact the manager and get on the waiting list!

if your going to train in the old training area you'd better know now to make real good 90 degree turns and cross wind landings. the gliders nowadays, glide real real good, and will put you in the drink faster than you can say..i learned to fly there a million f***ing years ago!!!!!
