Helmet stickers by mail!

Simply fill out a waiver:
Link to Waiver http://flyfunston.org/documents/ffwaiver.pdf
Then, fill out a sticker application:
Link to sticker application http://flyfunston.org/documents/ffsticker.pdf
Include a copy of your USHPA card and a self-addressed stamped envelope and your good to go!
Mail waiver, sticker application, and USHPA information to:
