Owens Valley Cerro Gordo Flyin May 13-14

There's an upcoming flyin you should know about.
We have 12 signups and I'm hoping for a total of 30 (see flyer link
below). You HG/PG 3's and 4s that would like some great airtime or an
intro to the Owens Valley should consider going. We'll be having a
great party Saturday night
too.
May 13-14 is two weeks prior to the big mem day flyin and the weather
will likely not be overwhelming. While it's early in the season, there
is still the possibility and fabulous days. Why not start your summer
right with a 50 miler or by breaking all your personal bests? Need
airtime. You'll probably get it.
The launch is a private and rarely flown site that is easy and without
hazards. The LZ is 50 square miles of flat sand and dust. There is a
road the runs along the base of the mountain for 20 or 30 miles.
Check out the flyer and the links. It's beautiful, its big, and it's
time for you to fly a new place.
