what happened to the image? It's blurry, I can barely make out the windsock position, is it just dirt or is there a focus adjustment?

I'm 99% sure it's dirt/moisture on the outside of the glass at the webcam. Any pilot is welcome to climb up to the roof and use Windex(tm) and a paper towel to clean it off. There's a ladder in the clubhouse if you can't jump that high.

In the long run I'd like to have someone retrofit a headlight/windshield wiper/washer from a luxury car to the webcam. We have a power control system, so if you can run the system to a regular 2 or 3 prong AC plug we can turn it on and off on a schedule.
