I'm pleased to announce that the first Fort Funston tandem flight in a long, long time took place on Easter Sunday. Gordon and his girlfriend went up for two flights in phat air. Two uneventful takeoffs and two smooth landings. Congratulations!
At the end of March we received approval from the GGNRA to fly tandems at Fort Funston. The approval was based on rules and procedures we proposed to keep the solo pilots, the GGNRA and tandem pilots safe and happy.
