H-2's are limited to flying in the Bowl and since that is a fairly small area, I would think only one H-2 should be in the air at any one time.

I agree, Steve...one H2 in the air and under the direct supervision of their instructor, mentor, or grandmother...joking about the grandmother part here...

If their grandmother has 20 hours at the Fort I don't see a problem.

We used existing wording from the tandem regulations as a template. Here is the final wording of the new H-2 rule;

"Only one H-2 may be in the air at any one time. H-2 flights shall be limited to 30 minutes if another H-2 pilot is waiting to launch."
